DRiV is seeking a strategic, global VP of Purchasing to lead our worldwide sourcing organization and shape supplier strategies across direct materials, components, and tooling. You will drive cost reductions, working-capital improvements, and supply continuity while building a high-performing team and resilient supplier base.

In this executive role, you will partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance to enable new product introductions, value engineering, and make-versus-buy

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive purchasing leadership in global manufacturing.
• Proven track record of delivering significant cost, cash, supplier performance, and supply-risk improvements.
• Deep expertise in category management and contract negotiation.

• Develop and execute a multi-year global purchasing strategy aligned with DRiV’s priorities.
• Lead supplier strategies optimizing total cost, quality, delivery, and risk.
