Job summary

DRiV seeks a Director of ESG to provide regional strategic leadership within Global Purchasing. The role translates enterprise ESG direction into regional purchasing objectives, responsible sourcing practices, supplier expectations, operating plans, and measurable outcomes.

Consistent with the B12 Director level, this position leads cross-functional collaboration, establishes operational objectives, and ensures execution across the region while aligning with enterprise priorities and budget

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive ESG, sustainability, or related experience.
• Ability to lead through influence across functions and regions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ESG and responsible sourcing principles.
• Strong analytical and governance/metrics development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional strategic leadership for ESG within Global Purchasing.
• Translate enterprise ESG commitments into regional sourcing strategies and metrics.
• Establish regional objectives and coordinate work across reports and stakeholders.
• Develop regional ESG metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement ESG priorities.
• Monitor ESG trends and regulatory developments and advise leadership.
