Ruhrpumpen is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in California to lead sales and customer support within a defined territory, driving revenue growth and expanding market share across pump products and aftermarket services.

You will be the primary customer contact, develop strategic accounts, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT to deliver tailored solutions. Travel up to 50% is required to meet customers and partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles, selling pump products and services.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms and digital tools; API integrations a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
