Job summary

Sweetwater Care seeks a Regional Respiratory Therapy Resource to lead pulmonary programs across Ohio facilities. The role balances onsite clinical leadership with some remote work, focusing on program development, compliance, and staff education.

You will collaborate with Chief Clinical Officer and regional directors, shaping pulmonary interventions, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring PDPM and dashboard accuracy for improved patient care.

Qualifications

  • Must hold Ohio RRT license and seek reciprocity in other Sweetwater states
  • Accreditation with NBRC required
  • Experience as Pulmonary Program Coordinator or equivalent in SNF or pulmonary clinic

Responsibilities

  • Lead and audit Pulmonary Program operations across facilities
  • Develop, educate and implement new pulmonary programs and interventions
  • Coordinate with PPCs to ensure PDPM and dashboards are accurate
  • Oversee orientation and development of newly hired PPCs
  • Conduct weekly calls with PPCs to align clinical and operational goals
  • Plan annual Pulmonary Program Coordinator retreats
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in SNF settings
