Job summary

United-Uniform---Atlantic-Tactical---Lawmen is seeking a Regional Manager to develop and sell to Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies in the designated New Jersey market, including Wantage. You will manage existing accounts, build new relationships, and drive revenue with strategic CRM-driven activity.

You will tailor presentations, lead regional vendor demonstrations, and ensure orders are processed per agency guidelines, while maintaining strong product knowledge and professional

Qualifications

• Two+ years in law enforcement or emergency services sales.
• Four-year degree or equivalent in Business Sales and Marketing.
• Experience calling on law enforcement/public safety accounts a plus.
• Ability to meet sales goals and close deals.
• Proficient with PC, MS Office, and Internet usage.
• Well-organized with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and establish new ones by planning daily calls.
• Adjust presentations based on customer type and competition.
• Identify opportunities and coordinate quotes with Customer Service.
• Submit orders referencing part numbers and agency purchasing rules.
• Maintain CRM data to manage pipeline and inform revenue guidance.
• Build market penetration and monitor competition via market data.
