The Provider Liaison manages regional provider engagement and referral performance, requiring independent account management, strong market knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to support enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, marketing, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of healthcare experience required, with preference for physician practice or ambulatory operations.
• Experience supporting or driving growth initiatives, referral strategy, or provider engagement efforts strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to influence, engage, and build relationships with physicians, APPs, and office staff.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a regional portfolio and execute strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency with healthcare systems, referral tools, and data platforms to support decision-making.
