Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Regional Manager for the Raleigh, NC market. Lead a motivated sales team, build vendor and staff relationships, and implement marketing and budgeting strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires regional PM experience in Class A properties, strong bookkeeping, excellent communication, and travel willingness. Based in Raleigh with a growth‑oriented culture and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as a Regional Property Manager.
• Raleigh based.
• Third party experience required.
• Advanced bookkeeping knowledge and general accounting functions.
• Understanding of current legal responsibilities of the properties.
• Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged; Ops Technology required.
• Must have Lease Up/Class A experience.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio and motivate a sales team.
• Create and develop lasting relationships with vendors and staff.
• Implement a competitive marketing strategy.
• Work with owners to identify property goals and objectives.
• Implement cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management.
• Collaborate with Community Managers on operating budgets and sales/marketing plans.
• Maximize rental income.
• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately and timely.
• Train and motivate associates to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain product knowledge on properties and competitors.
• Ensure policies and procedures align with company policies.

Your Role As a Regional Manager

• Maintain thorough product knowledge on all properties and that of major competition
• Ensure that the established policies and procedures are within the Company’s policies
