Job summary

ECI Group in the Southeast is hiring an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead operations across 5–6 apartment communities. You will drive occupancy, NOI, and owner value while mentoring on-site teams and coordinating with facilities and maintenance.

The role requires 5–7 years of people management and 3–5 years in multifamily property management, with strong budgeting, vendor relations, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of people management experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in multifamily property management; lease-up experience a plus.
• Owner and/or 3rd party management experience required.
• Proficiency with property management software platforms, preferably Yardi.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and financial management of 5–6 apartment communities.
• Ensures occupancy targets are achieved through leasing and resident retention.
• Creates value for owners by meeting NOI and revenue goals.
• Partners with regional facilities and maintenance teams to keep assets at peak performance.
• Oversees and contributes to the annual budget process.
• Maintains knowledge of transactions in markets under management.
• Proactively builds relationships with vendors and the business community.
• Supports execution of reputation management strategies via social media.
