Job summary

ECI Group is seeking a Regional Property Manager with hands-on multisite experience to lead 5–6 apartment communities. You will drive occupancy, budget execution, and owner value while coordinating with regional facilities and maintenance teams to keep assets performing at peak levels.

You will guide hiring, develop internal talent, and ensure strong resident satisfaction. Travel up to 50% across markets is expected as part of maintaining property performance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of people management experience.
• 3–5 years in multifamily property management; lease-up experience a plus.
• Owner or 3rd party management experience required; Yardi proficiency preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to build consensus.
• Up to 50% travel across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial management of 5–6 apartment communities.
• Ensure occupancy targets via leasing and resident retention.
• Create value for owners by meeting NOI and revenue goals.
• Partner with regional facilities and maintenance teams for peak asset performance.
• Oversee annual budget process and property performance reviews.
• Foster relationships with vendors and community stakeholders.
• Support marketing plans and market knowledge for all assets.
• Develop talent and promote from within; participate in hiring.
