Job summary

ECI Group is seeking a highly experienced Regional Property Manager to lead multisite operations across 5–6 apartment communities. You will drive occupancy, profitability, and resident satisfaction while partnering with regional facilities and maintenance teams to keep assets performing at peak levels.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Minimum 3 years related experience, or equivalent combination.
• 5-7 years people management experience.
• 3-5 years of multifamily property management experience; lease-up a plus.
• Proficiency with property management software, preferably Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and financial management of 5-6 apartment communities.
• Ensures occupancy targets through leasing and resident retention.
• Creates value for owners via meeting NOI and revenue goals.
• Partners with regional facilities and maintenance teams for peak asset performance.
• Oversees annual budget process.
• Maintains knowledge of transactions in markets under management.
• Builds relationships with vendors and business community in markets under management.
• Ensures resident satisfaction survey results remain strong.
• Supports reputation management via social media – ratings, reviews, responses.
• Ensures each property builds value for the owner.
• Leverages talent within portfolio and promotes from within.
• Uses succession planning to develop talent.
• Participates in hiring and collaborates on talent development.
• Contributes to marketing plans for communities in the portfolio.
• Keeps knowledge of competitive properties and market assets.
