Job summary

Level 10 Management is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager in Minnesota to oversee a portfolio across multiple apartment communities. This on-site role focuses on achieving financial objectives and leading leasing and maintenance operations.

You will coordinate leasing activities, supervise staff, manage vendor communications, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies while reporting performance to the corporate team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a property manager.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with budgets/financials.
• Reliable transportation and background check.

Responsibilities

• Marketing/Leasing: manage leasing to budgeted occupancy, conduct tours, report trends and pricing to corporate.
• Administrative: ensure leases and paperwork are input accurately and timely; maintain resident files.
• Resident Relations: resolve concerns, support retention programs, issue notices, enforce policies.
• Maintenance: oversee repairs, regular inspections, ensure market-ready apartments.
• Safety: ensure compliance with safety rules and report incidents.
