Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in property management with 2+ years in regional/multi-site roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Real Estate or related field preferred.
• CPM or CAM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for multiple properties within the assigned region, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and compliance.
• Supervise, train, and support property managers and staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop and oversee property budgets, analyze financial reports, and control expenses.
