Job summary

Fairway Management, a JES Holdings division, seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee affordable housing communities across Albany, Tallahassee, and Columbus GA. You will ensure financial and operational success for multiple properties within your region and lead a team of property managers and staff.

The ideal candidate has deep LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance knowledge, strong budgeting skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in multifamily or affordable housing.
• Expert knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance.
• Experience managing multiple properties with travel across the region.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Onesite or Real Page preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement property management strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Travel within region at least 4 days per week.
• Hire, train, and supervise site staff across properties.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and occupancy targets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with senior management and corporate teams.
