Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead the affordable housing portfolio across South Florida, with properties from Naples to West Palm Beach. You will guide property operations, mentor managers, and drive performance while maintaining compliance with fair housing and LIHTC requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in property management, strong Yardi experience, and a BA/BS. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; travel across South Florida is expected.

• Experience leading multi-site affordable housing portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulatory framework and Fair Housing laws.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage property management teams.
