Job summary

Richman Property Services seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead our affordable housing portfolio across South Florida, including Naples, LaBelle, Lake Worth, and West Palm Beach. The role drives operations, budgeting, and growth while mentoring site teams and ensuring compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property management, significant Yardi experience, and a track record in multi-site lease-ups, with a willingness to travel across South

Qualifications

• Extensive LIHTC experience across multifamily properties.
• At least 5 years of property management with 3+ years Yardi experience.
• Experience with tax credit and affordable LIHTC communities.
• Multi-site management and lease-up experience preferred.
• Strong communication, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel across South Florida.
• Valid driver’s license; LIHTC certification required; CPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional property operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead and mentor Property Managers and site supervisors.
• Serve as a communication bridge between field operations and the Corporate Office.
• Drive revenue by maximizing gross rent and minimizing vacancy and delinquency.
• Control expenditures and approve purchases strategically.
• Conduct market analysis and develop marketing strategies.
• Direct supervise and develop all Property Managers.
• Uphold laws and organizational policies across the portfolio.
