Job summary

Axis Residential seeks a dynamic Property Management Office Floater to support Western Washington Affinity Living Communities. You will handle leasing, marketing, resident relations, and administrative tasks for financial records, with travel across communities required.

Collaborating with the Community Director, you will host onsite events, manage resident files, use Yardi and Rent Cafe, and uphold service excellence in an active adult environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Director in property operations and reporting.
