Axis Residential is seeking a dynamic Property Management Office Floater to support 55+ Affinity Living Communities across Western Washington. You will handle leasing, marketing, resident relations, and administrative tasks, with the ability to travel between communities.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized with strong multi-tasking ability.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to assigned communities, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: connect with prospects via calls, emails, walk-ins and appointments.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM/sales system.
• Tailor tours to prospect needs and coordinate with ambassadors and staff.
• Perform daily prospect follow-up and engagement using standard procedures.
• Support community events and develop partnerships with local businesses.
• Use property management software to track availability and activities.
• Assist with marketing activities and ensure online postings are current.
• Complete and maintain resident and property files, incl. background checks.
