Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of multifamily communities in the Houston area. You will lead on-site teams, maintain client relationships, and drive the execution of business plans to meet financial goals.

This hybrid role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management, with weekly site visits and regular client calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years in multifamily property management.
• Two+ years in a Community Manager role or equivalent.
• Experience with third-party management.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and interview process for site-level positions.
• Conduct regular meetings, coaching sessions, and annual reviews.
• Coordinate with HR on policies and conflict resolution.
• Onboard, train, and mentor team members.
• Perform site visits weekly and schedule client calls.
• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure timely follow-up.
• Develop and execute community business plans weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Approve expenses and manage expense reporting.
• Review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.
• Conduct property inspections and routine preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement and vendor management policies.
• Oversee resident and vendor communications and marketing efforts.
