Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee operations, budgeting, marketing and leasing for a portfolio of apartment communities in the Reno area. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities include improving financial performance, setting team goals, preparing annual budgets and coordinating due diligence, acquisitions, and capital improvement projects.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience.
• CAPS certification preferred.
• Property management software experience (Yardi, One-Site, AMSI) preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Aufgaben

• Oversee operations, staff, budgeting and reporting for all properties.
• Improve financial performance by operating within budget while maintaining standards.
• Set performance goals and hold the team accountable.
• Prepare annual budgets based on data and staff input.
• Identify variances in monthly statements for each property.
• Manage due diligence, acquisitions and capital projects.
