Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a Reno property, supervise staff, manage finances, and ensure high service levels for residents.

This role requires 1-2 years of property management experience, sound judgment, and a commitment to Fair Housing. AMC offers full-time employment with competitive compensation, benefits, and an employee rent discount program.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily physical inspections and coordinate with maintenance.

• Meet leasing objectives using effective sales techniques.
• Handle resident requests with discretion.
• Maintain required reporting and administrative duties.
• Design and maintain resident retention programs.
• Ensure OSHA and Fair housing compliance.
