Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited college in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi/Real Page) and MS Office.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• 3 years minimum of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance and profitability for designated region.
• Lead property management teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and present financial and market reports.
• Drive tenant satisfaction and retention programs.
