Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of properties in Colorado. You will direct property administration, maintenance, and staffing to meet fiscal goals while upholding our I ARRIVE values.

This role requires budget oversight, vendor management, and ensuring resident satisfaction. A 5+ year track record in property management, CAM/ARM or equivalent certification, and strong Fair Housing knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• 5+ years management experience.
• Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing principles.
• LIHTC & New Build Lease-Up experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor and ensure adherence to property operating and renovation budgets.
• Analyze and re-project operating and capital budgets for each property.
• Review monthly operating statements and prepare variance summaries.
• Supervise contracts, repairs, and supplies within on-site authority.
• Coordinate capital expenditures with asset management for portfolio properties.
• Plan staffing to maximize net income and resident satisfaction.
