Job summary

Fairstead seeks an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a growing property portfolio. You will implement leasing and marketing plans, manage budgets, and monitor financial performance to meet or exceed NOI targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and vendor coordination are essential for success. You will ensure compliance with HUD, coordinate with staff and contractors, and drive resident satisfaction through effective relations and ongoing maintenance

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple properties in assigned region.
• Budgeting, financial reporting, and NOI monitoring.
• Lead leasing, marketing plans, and resident relations while ensuring HUD compliance.
• Supervise security, risk management, and maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with staff and contractors to close work orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Complete oversight of property management functions in region.
• Create and implement leasing/marketing plans and resident relations.
• Prepare monthly variance analyses for CFO review.
• Conduct monthly budget reviews to meet NOI.
• Handle resident complaints professionally and promptly.
• Supervise building security and lease-violation reporting.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Maximize economic rents via rent level management and outreach.
