Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Regional Property Manager for a DC/MD/VA region portfolio of residential affordable housing. You will lead on-site teams, drive occupancy, and ensure compliance with LIHTC and Section 8 programs while managing budgets and owner expectations.

Travel 80%+ to properties; CPM/HCCP/COS certifications are strongly preferred and 5+ years of multi-site experience are required. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of LIHTC and project-based Section 8 affordable housing property management.
• Willing to travel 80%+ to properties within the RPM's portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of property management, accounting, inspections, and leasing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of assigned properties.
• Review monthly financials, prepare owner reports, attend asset management meetings.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff; manage personnel decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare budgets and negotiate contracts for properties.
