Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities in the Columbus, OH area. You will lead a multi-site team and drive financial and operational performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of property management experience, strong LIHTC and Fair Housing knowledge, and proven budgeting and leadership capabilities. A collaborative, people-first approach is essential as you partner with internal teams and local housing

Qualifications

5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site leadership.
Strong knowledge of affordable housing (LIHTC / Section 42) and Fair Housing regulations.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee financial and operational performance across a portfolio of communities.
Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and site teams.
Manage budgets, occupancy, rent collections, and expense control.
Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and company standards.
Partner with internal teams (HR, Accounting, Compliance, Maintenance) to drive performance.
Support hiring, training, and onboarding of site-level staff.
Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and local housing authorities.
