Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities in the Columbus, OH area. You will lead a multi-site team and drive financial and operational performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of property management experience, strong LIHTC and Fair Housing knowledge, and proven budgeting and leadership capabilities. A collaborative, people-first approach is essential as you partner with internal teams and local housing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site leadership.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing (LIHTC / Section 42) and Fair Housing regulations.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational performance across a portfolio of communities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and site teams.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, rent collections, and expense control.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and company standards.
• Partner with internal teams (HR, Accounting, Compliance, Maintenance) to drive performance.
• Support hiring, training, and onboarding of site-level staff.
• Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and local housing authorities.
