Role Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring safety and a welcoming environment.
• Engage with tenants, addressing needs and concerns to foster a customer-centric atmosphere.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, conduct property inspections, and manage lease agreements.
• Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social services or a business-related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of property management or related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC program is beneficial.
• Effective communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Valid Ohio driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.
• Reliable personal vehicle for work-related tasks.
• SHCM certification is preferred (must be obtained upon hiring).

Additional Information

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in sales and management within the Business Consulting and Services industry. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call duties.
