We are currently hiring a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple properties and onsite teams. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial-minded, enjoys building relationships, and is committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the financial performance of the property
• Maintain the physical integrity of assigned communities
• Visit and inspect sites regularly
• Prepare owner reporting packages including budgets, marketing strategies, and monthly reports
• Monitor financial performance, rent variations, and market intelligence
• Communicate with ownership about pertinent issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
• Review capital replacement plans
• Recruit, train, and retain site employees
• Monitor and adjust marketing plans
• Oversee resident relations and social media objectives
• Supervise lease-up efforts and review leasing activity to meet budget expectations
• Implement resident retention and renewal programs

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree and industry certifications preferred
• Experience in high-rise, lease-up, and new construction required
• CPM or CPM candidacy preferred
• Minimum 5 years in a multi-site supervisory role
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and property management software (Yardi preferred)
