A leading company is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee operations and maintenance of HUD and LIHTC sites in Macon, Georgia. The role involves managing property managers, ensuring compliance with budgets, and implementing policy changes. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in property management, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position the Regional Property Manager plans and direct operations and maintenance of HUD and LIHTC sites within the Macon, Georgia area by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate property managers. Regional Property Managers work independently with minimal supervision. Travel is required for this role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENT(S)
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Experience in HUD and LIHTC property management required. Bachelors degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or university or job related experience preferred. Must demonstrate literacy in the English language including reading.
Experience: Three to five years experience and/or training as a supervisor.
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of; Microsoft Office Suite, Property Management software (i.e. One-Site, Real Page).
Certificates & Licenses: Valid State Issued Drivers License, Apartment Managers License when required by State Law. CPM, CAM or CAPS certification a plus.
Other Requirements: Authorized to work in the United States
