About The Role

We’re seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead operations across a growing portfolio of communities. This person will drive performance, mentor on-site teams, and help us deliver outstanding resident experiences—especially during exciting lease-up phases. You’ll be a key partner to our executive team, shaping strategies that fuel continued growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations and performance for multiple apartment communities across Ohio and Florida
  • Partner with on-site teams to deliver strong occupancy, NOI, and resident satisfaction
  • Oversee and support new lease-up communities from pre-opening through stabilization
  • Mentor and develop Community Managers and their teams, cultivating a high-performance, resident-focused culture
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to implement portfolio strategies and operational best practices
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure exceptional curb appeal, maintenance, and team engagement
  • Monitor property financials, approve budgets, and ensure policy and regulatory compliance
  • Assist with due diligence and onboarding of third-party management contracts and new assets

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience as a Regional Property Manager in multi-family housing
  • Proven track record managing lease-ups and/or new property launches
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to meet performance targets
  • Confident leadership style with a coaching mindset and team-first approach
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly across assigned regions (primarily Ohio and Florida)
  • Experience with ResMan or other property management platforms is a plus
