Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. in Chicago seeks a Regional Support Liaison to provide on-site coverage across mixed-income communities, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Property Management, you will support leasing, rent collection, and performance improvement across sites, with potential cross-site assignments and a five-days-per-week in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive property management experience, preferably in mixed-income communities.
• Strong leadership potential; prior Community Manager experience valued but not required.
• Strong knowledge of occupancy standards, recertification processes, and lease-up procedures.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Chicago Region with short notice; driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Temporary Site Coverage and interim management during leaves or vacancies.
• Support leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and compliance with HUD/LIHTC regulations.
