Job summary

WPM is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to partner with condo/HOA boards, organize annual meetings, and manage operations and budgets. The role emphasizes relationship-building, contract oversight, and growth of management services across Delaware and Maryland coastal markets.

The candidate will develop new business opportunities, coordinate with leadership, and represent the company at industry events while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Minimum five years' experience in condominium and HOA management.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management for an organization.
• Prior business development, client acquisition, proposal presentation or relationship-based sales experience.
• Knowledge of the Eastern Shore/Ocean City and Delaware community association markets and established local network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic priorities with condo/HOA boards and create execution plans.
• Organize annual owners meetings including notices and agendas.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations, directly or via on-site staff.
• Prepare and present budgets; track expenses and explain variances.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts on behalf of associations.
• Conduct site visits to identify maintenance and value-enhancement opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with boards and stakeholders to ensure information flow.
• Develop new community association management business in Delaware and Maryland coastal markets.
• Represent WPM at industry events and advance business development opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline, pursue proposals, and support contract negotiations through closing.
