PEM is seeking a Multifamily Regional Property Maintenance Supervisor based in San Antonio, TX, with travel up to 75% and base out of San Antonio. The role oversees maintenance across multiple properties, ensuring tasks meet standards and safety requirements.

• Certification in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in property maintenance management, supervision or leadership.
• Strong knowledge of property systems, equipment and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work flexible hours.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and supervise property maintenance teams across locations within the region.
• Develop and implement property maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions for tenants.
• Coordinate with property managers to prioritize maintenance needs and allocate resources.
• Oversee routine property maintenance tasks including landscaping, janitorial, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with external contractors for specialized work.
• Serve as the primary contact for emergency property maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed during emergencies and maintenance work.
• Assist in budgeting for the region and monitor expenditures for cost-effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in maintenance operations.
• Procure materials, tools, and equipment within budget constraints.
• Maintain regular communication with property managers and upper management; submit performance reports.
