Qualifications

• Regional Manager experience in Manufactured Housing, RV Parks, and Apartments.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing practices and state and local codes/ regulations.
• Supervisory and leadership skills.
• Customer focus and relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with property owners to develop ownership goals and objectives.
• Implement multi-year business and profitable growth strategies.
• Manage overall financial performance by analyzing reports and preparing budgets.
• Manage rent increase schedules and ensure notices are served.
• Oversee capital improvements and replacements.
• Hire, train, and terminate onsite personnel in line with company policies.
• Mentor and develop key talent and provide backup for onsite staff.
• Conduct routine site visits and onsite meetings with owners, residents, and staff.
• Provide guidance outside normal business hours to meet property needs.
• Attend trainings and seminars to fulfill role requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
