Qualifikationen

• Regional Manager experience in Manufactured Housing, RV Parks, and Apartments.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing practices and state/local codes.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with property owners to develop ownership goals and objectives.
• Implement multi-year business and profitable growth strategies.
• Manage overall financial performance by analyzing reports and budgeting.
• Manage rent increase schedules and notices.
• Oversee capital improvements and replacements.
• Conduct site visits and onsite meetings with staff, owners, residents.
• Provide backup for onsite personnel and mentor key talent.
