Job summary

Assetliving is seeking a Regional Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana, responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community portfolio. You will manage all aspects including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.

This role involves developing effective marketing strategies, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining property standards. The ideal candidate should hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant certifications. Travel is expected for up to 50% of work time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operations of a housing community portfolio.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
