Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a multifamily community and drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional resident and owner service.

You will recruit, hire, train, and coach teams across sites, manage budgets, oversee operations, and maintain property standards to ensure occupancy targets and high resident satisfaction. This role requires flexibility to cover at multiple properties and occasional off-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years in multifamily property management
• 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams
• Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L’s
• A college degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Increase property revenue by building a high-performing team with strengths in sales and service.
• Assess, train and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure your property presents as best in class.
• Be accessible to the needs of the community (nights and weekends if required).
• Be willing to put the team first and assisting at multiple locations when needed.
• Manage client/owner relationships by meeting with owners and providing updates on performance.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests promptly.
• Follow eviction procedures in accordance with notices and court hearings.
• Participate in daily huddle to discuss goals and successes.
• Complete budget workbooks and annual operating budget drafts after analyzing financials and market data.
• Gather and interpret market trends to inform short- and long-range marketing strategies.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and appeal.
• Complete required training to align with company standards.
