Job summary

Monte Christo Communities seeks a Development Leader to provide strategic oversight and operational accountability for a portfolio of communities in the region. You will lead, coach, and develop Community Leaders and on-site teams to drive occupancy, revenue, and compliance while modeling the company's values.

Responsibilities include budgeting, financial stewardship, risk management, and ensuring timely execution of the Operations and Stabilization Plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Community Leaders and onsite teams.
• Develop and implement property action plans to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
• Review finances, budgets, AR/AP, and ensure budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws; manage risk.
• Coordinate with HR and operations to recruit and retain staff.
• Provide on-site leadership coverage during staffing gaps.
