Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a lead/project management professional to guide regional projects from kickoff to completion. You will provide technical guidance, align with customer requirements, and ensure proper documentation and scheduling across engineering teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and aftermarket teams, with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, and delivering custom engineering solutions in a regional footprint.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field (or equivalent).
• Experience managing or supporting projects with custom engineered systems, services, or industrial solutions.
• Willing to travel up to 30% and able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineers executing regional projects.
• Provide project management and technical guidance aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects from kickoff through completion.
• Lead kickoff meetings and scope alignment.
• Coordinate bill of materials and network design activities.
• Manage project documentation.
• Support financial forecasting with internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders on technical, contractual, and warranty-related issues.
• Plan, coordinate, and adjust project startup schedules.
• Partner with regional Aftermarket Sales teams to identify project opportunities and define scopes of work.
• Support development of regional project solutions.
• Promote safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
