Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven leader to head AMER technical services and project management for a flagship enterprise client across US, Canada and Latin America. You will act as senior advisor to client leadership and drive strategic initiatives, capital delivery frameworks, and account plans.

Responsibilities include developing regional service strategies, leading business reviews, overseeing BCP/HSSE programs, optimizing asset management through CMMS, and ensuring KPI/SLA performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field.
• 15+ years progressive experience in facilities management and technical services.
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing multi-regional accounts with P&L responsibility.
• Experience with enterprise CMMS platforms and asset management strategies.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMER technical services and PM delivery for flagship enterprise client account across US, Canada, and LATAM.
• Serve as senior technical and project management advisor to client leadership.
• Direct high-profile strategic initiatives, capital delivery frameworks, and account plans.
• Develop and execute technical services and project management strategies across regional sub-accounts.
• Oversee KPIs, milestones, performance metrics, and client SLAs.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture across regional teams.
• Mentor and develop cross-functional teams; align goals with client drivers.
