Job summary

Sandvik is seeking a Solva Regional Project Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects within South Europe, coordinating cross-functional teams and leveraging Solva tools and standards. The role emphasizes measurable improvements in productivity, cost per part, and long-term supportability.

You will collaborate with Business Development, regional sales, the Innovation Hub, and local technical teams, translating manufacturing challenges into structured opportunities and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or project leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Discovery and Assessment activities covering capability, capacity, and process efficiency.
• Translate customer challenges into structured opportunity definitions and value hypotheses.
• Own execution quality, customer communication, milestones, risk management, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate Innovation Hub, application engineering, machining specialists, partners, and local Seco teams.
• Coach local engineers and sales teams to sustain ownership after handover.
