Job summary

SOLPLANET is seeking a Regional Service Lead EMEA to develop local service plans, drive growth, and manage service performance across the region. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with partners, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced market.

Fluency in German and English is required, with Mandarin a plus; 10+ years in electro-mechanical B2B service and 5 years in leadership preferred. A Bachelor degree in engineering is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degrees, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, PV engineering, or similar disciplines.
• Fluent in German and business fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Knowledge of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers in distribution/utility scale segments.
• Ability to lead and stay focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 10 years in operative service for electro-mechanical B2B products, with 5 years in a leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Develop the local service plan and resource planning aligned with global strategy to drive growth.
• Formulate and execute actions within the service business to meet annual budgets and KPIs.
• Implement and operate processes according to service levels and objectives.
• Coach and develop service & support teams, fostering teamwork, KPIs, and accountability.
• Lead talent recruitment with a culture of performance, responsibility, and result orientation.
• Target key accounts and create opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
• Manage change initiatives (e.g., HQ service processes, new systems/tools).
• Oversee Service Partner management and maintenance.
• Manage key customer escalations within EMEA and participate in key sales meetings.
