Job summary

Solvita is seeking a Project Manager to unite IT, SCM, Facilities, and others to move key initiatives forward. You will define scope, timelines, and deliverables, build plans, manage schedules, and track tasks across departments.

You will facilitate meetings, provide status updates, identify risks, and drive solutions to keep projects on track while coordinating internal teams and external partners. Strong organizational, communication, and ownership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating projects, initiatives, events, or process improvements (no formal PM title required).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication across teams and levels of the organization.
• Ability to take ownership and drive work to completion with minimal supervision.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders or departments.
• Experience leading events, programs, or large-scale initiatives.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Attention to detail and ability to track timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Comfort leading meetings and following up on action items.
• Proficiency with common workplace tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects across IT, Supply Chain Management, Facilities, and other departments.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and task tracking.
• Facilitate meetings, provide status updates, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners/vendors as needed.
• Support implementation of new processes, systems, and operational improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Contribute to improving project management practices and team efficiency.
