Job summary

Otak is seeking a Project Coordinator in Louisville, Colorado to support the Rocky Mountain Region and assist project teams with documentation, contracts, and schedules. You’ll coordinate start-up to close-out, prepare proposals, and maintain project records in Deltek and MS Office, while collaborating with engineers, subconsultants, and project managers to keep work on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with related experience.
• AEC or professional services coordination experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from startup to closeout including setup in accounting software (Deltek Vantagepoint).
• Review invoices and participate in meetings to track deliverables.
• Prepare and disseminate project documents, schedules, and correspondence.
