Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead all project controls within a region, acting as financial advisor to project teams and supervising a team of Analysts. You will ensure contract compliance and alignment with corporate processes, reporting to corporate leadership with input from business unit leaders.

The role emphasizes executive financial reporting, KPI oversight, and collaboration with operations and finance to manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Careful attention to detail and reliability of output.
• Proactively identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate and win work.
• Take active role in recruiting top industry talent to join the Clark team; identify, hire, and retain outstanding people.
• Exceed stakeholders’ expectations by anticipating their needs and goals.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite and PowerPoint.
• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: self-motivated, results oriented, adaptable, team player.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach Project Controls Analysts and review staff work.
• Conduct short and long-term staff planning and project placement.
• Develop onboarding and development plans for new analysts.
• Stay abreast of projects, contracts, regulations, and trends.
• Create an engaging, high-performing work environment with team members.
• Present at Department Management leadership meetings and internal meetings.
