Job summary

Clark is seeking a Project Controls Analyst in the McLean, VA area to serve as a financial advisor on active construction projects, bridging jobsite operations and corporate finance. The role leads project financial reporting, risk monitoring, and compliance across a portfolio ranging from tens of millions to over a billion in contract value.

The candidate will compile owner and subcontractor requisitions, manage field payroll, and assist with project setup, closeout, and contract readiness

Qualifications

Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) or a master's degree, in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, with an expected graduation Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
Interest and passion for the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Compile owner requisitions and assist with subcontractor requisitions and accounts payable processing.
Support project financial forecasting and monthly cost reporting.
Monitor KPI and project cash-flow; assist with change order monitoring and reconciliation.
Lead project close-out activities, including turnover of manuals and warranties and final payment documents.
Coordinate with owners, engineers, and design firms; ensure insurance coverage for subcontractors.
