Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking an Project Controls Analyst who serves as a trusted financial resource for construction projects and the liaison between operations and corporate finance.

This highly visible role manages financial reporting, compliance, and processing across projects valued from $1 million to $100 million in contract value, reporting to the Project Manager/Project Executive with input from the lead Project Controls Manager in the region.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree from an accredited college or university in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other business-related fields or similar relevant work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Careful attention to detail and reliability of output
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Project Controls reporting and liaison between operations and corporate finance
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports
• Support monthly project financial forecast and cost reports
• Monitor project cash-flow and change orders
• Assist with project setup, closeout, and owner contract reviews
• Lead, train, and develop project team members
• Develop positive working relationships with owners, engineering, and design firms
