Job summary

Clark is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to serve as a financial resource for construction projects across multiple scopes. You will bridge operations and corporate finance, handling reporting, compliance and procurement on projects ranging from millions to billions in value.

You will participate in project accounting, administration, and extensive close-out activities, coordinating with project teams, subcontractors and owners to ensure accuracy and timelines.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly cost reports
• Support monthly project financial forecast
• Lead contract administration, change orders and procurement
• Monitor project cash flow and KPIs
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports
• Lead project close-out and turnover documents
