ADL in Washington, DC seeks an Assistant Regional Director to lead partnership initiatives, oversee community outreach and incident response activities. You’ll liaise with division staff, support committees and help manage office operations in a hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates have several years of community outreach experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong public speaking and writing skills. Some evening events and regional travel are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong knowledge of ADL’s programs, policies and operations.
• Experience in community outreach and program management encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support implementation of partnerships, law enforcement and community relationships.
• Coordinate leadership programs and recruit participants for activities.
• Build community relationships with Jewish and non-Jewish partners and law enforcement.
• Attend regional coalition meetings and manage office administration.
• Assist in incident intake, research, and documentation; handle inquiries and reports.
