Job summary

Qualifications

• Several years of progressively responsible community outreach experience in fast-paced offices.
• Strong written and speaking skills with ability to communicate policy and programs.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively, influence stakeholders and build coalitions.
• Experience with advocacy, incident response, and program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership programs, recruit cohorts, plan events, and coordinate meetings.
• Build community relationships with Jewish and non-Jewish partners and law enforcement.
• Manage intake, initial investigation, and resolution of routine incidents.
• Represent ADL in the community and present to partners.
• Respond to public inquiries and support press inquiries as needed.
• Schedule meetings with state/local staff and government officials to promote ADL's mission.
• Oversee daily NY/NJ regional office operations and communications support.
• Administer regional budget, expenses, and vendor invoicing.
• Coordinate admin, tech, and logistics for events and board meetings.
• Conduct ad-hoc research to advance ADL goals.
